Access to, and use of Monika Barbian Art products (“Products”), services (“Services”), and the Monika Barbian Art website https://app.usabilla.com/ (“Website”, “I”), including any of its content, is conditional on your agreement to these Terms. You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms.
By creating an account, or by using or visiting our Website, you are bound to these Terms and you indicate your continued acceptance of these Terms.
Packaging
I take the utmost care when packaging your order so that it arrives in perfect condition.
- Smaller Size Prints: Prints will be supplied in presentation packaging and then flat packed between two firm pieces of cardboard and placed into a satchel ready for posting.
- Larger Size Prints: Prints will be covered with glassine paper for protection and then carefully rolled and posted in a tube.
- Framed Artwork: Framed artwork will be carefully wrapped and boxed/packaged to ensure no damage occurs during postage.
- Greeting Cards: Greeting cards will be presented in a small gift box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Postage and Delivery
I use Australia Post with tracking for all orders apart from original Artwork which will have added insurance.
I can provide International Shipping on Prints and Cards. Framed work can be more expensive to send overseas, so please contact me to discuss.
Standard Shipping in Australia is $8.95 for orders under $100. Orders over $100 are free
Standard Shipping for International orders is $25
Pricing and Payments
Prices are shown in AUD, however when you pay via PayPal /Credit Card you will be charged in your local currency.
For commissions I charge a 25% deposit which can be made via direct payment. Final payment is not due until completion and final approval of the artwork. I will discuss this with you during the commission process.
I accept payment via PayPal/Credit card during the checkout process or by bank transfer for commissions. Online payments take place on the PayPal servers and I never see or store any of your payment information.
Guarantee, Returns and Refunds
My goal is for you to be totally happy with your purchase so if you are not completely satisfied please get in touch with me and we can resolve any issues.
For commissions I will be in touch throughout the process, so we can talk through any concerns you may have. You will have approval of the final artwork prior to payment and shipping.
For items purchased in the shop, you can cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Postage of returned goods is your responsibility. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

You must immediately notify MonikaBarbianArt.com of any unauthorised uses of your information, your account or any other security breaches. I will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

I only collect personal information that is necessary to process orders and complete commissions as requested.
I will never pass on any information to a third party except for the purposes of fulfilling your order, and if requested to do so by law (e.g. preventing fraud).
